I got my Giant Huntsman a few weeks ago. I have burned a fire in it 4 times, once to season it per the great instructions, once to cook some wings, once to cook a bone in ribeye and once to cook a half chicken for practice. It performed outstanding each time. Very easy to cook on!
I used lump charcoal on a couple of cooks and briquettes on the half chicken. It cooked a little faster than I anticipated but controlled the heat perfectly. It puts an awesome grilled flavor on the meat! I am looking forward to continue cooking on this great pit!
