Orders ship within 5–10 business days unless specified on the product page. Certain items may be back-ordered, so please ensure product availability before purchasing.

Grills ship via LTL freight and the carrier schedules delivery with you directly.

04 • WARRANTY BY PRODUCT

Every Spider Grills product is covered against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Coverage begins on the original purchase date and applies to the original purchaser.

The Venom® controller carries a 1-year term and, unlike the grills and cooking-system accessories, is not warranted for commercial or food-service use.

Spider-22 is discontinued; warranties are honored through their original stated period and replacement parts are no longer available.

What every warranty covers

Spider Grills warrants each product to the original purchaser to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and maintenance for its stated warranty period, beginning on the original date of purchase.

Coverage is limited to the repair or replacement of covered components or parts that fail under proper and normal use. Parts returned for a warranty claim, freight prepaid, will be repaired or replaced if found defective by Spider Grills upon examination. Spider Grills is not responsible for transportation charges, shipping fees, labor costs, or export duties.

Proof of purchase may be required to process a claim, so please keep your records. To make a claim, contact us at info@spidergrills.com with your proof of purchase and photos of the issue, and we'll take it from there.

Exclusions & what voids your warranty

This warranty does not cover:

  • Incidental or consequential damages, including loss of materials or goods, loss of use of the product or associated equipment, cost of substitute equipment, or downtime
  • Damage resulting from failure to properly maintain the product
  • Cosmetic wear and tear such as scratches, dents, dings, and chipping, or changes in appearance that do not affect performance
  • Rust or oxidation, for any reason
  • Damage from operating a grill above 700°F (grills only)

This warranty is void if:

  • The product is not assembled or operated according to the instructions provided
  • The product is resold or traded to another owner
  • Accessories or fuels not compatible with Spider Grills products are used
  • The product is abused, modified, or not properly maintained
  • The Venom® controller is used in a commercial or food-service application

Limitation of liability & safety disclaimer

Limitation of liability for personal injury. Notwithstanding any other provision of this warranty, Spider Grills disclaims all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages or injuries — including death, bodily harm, or health-related issues — arising directly or indirectly from the use, misuse, or inability to use any Spider Grills product, whether under breach of warranty, breach of contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other legal theory. This includes injuries or death from exposure to fire, heat, smoke, or chemicals released during cooking or cleaning; health impacts from consuming food prepared using the product; and injuries or damages from failing to follow the safety instructions and warnings provided.

Safety and use disclaimer. The purchaser acknowledges that grilling and cooking involve inherent risks of fire, burns, and exposure to harmful chemicals or by-products. By purchasing, assembling, and using a Spider Grills product, you assume all responsibility for its safe operation and for following the safety instructions and guidelines provided. Failure to comply with safety instructions, improper use, or modification could result in serious injury or death. Spider Grills advises all users to familiarize themselves with a product's safety features and operating guidelines before use.

This warranty is effective as of the original date of purchase and is subject to change without notice. It gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state or country to country.

Best practices for keeping your warranty valid

Your warranty covers defects, not neglect — a little upkeep keeps your gear (and your coverage) in good shape. To stay covered:

  • Season the interior of your grill every six months, or at the first sign of rust or oxidation, using the included seasoning kit. Run the initial burn-in before your first cook.
  • Clean out the ash. Empty the Venom® ash bucket after every cook, and periodically clear any ash that collects inside the unit so everything keeps moving freely.
  • Keep it dry. Unplug the Venom® when it's not in use, and cover or store your grill in wet or humid conditions.
  • Clean the exterior with a soft cloth and warm, soapy water only — no oven cleaners, abrasive cleaners, or abrasive pads.
  • Stay within spec. Operate within your grill's rated temperature range; damage from running a grill above 700°F isn't covered.
  • Use compatible gear. Stick to Spider Grills accessories and appropriate fuels — incompatible parts or fuels can void your coverage.

Where to send a return

Once your return is approved, we'll send you the return details. A few things to know before you ship:

  • Returns must be shipped to our warehouse by a carrier (UPS, FedEx, or similar). We don't accept in-person or walk-in drop-offs at our facility.
  • Pack the item securely in its original packaging. The buyer is responsible for return shipping and any damage that happens in transit, so we recommend a tracked, insured method.
  • We'll send the return shipping address and your $25 restocking-fee invoice once your return is started.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the item.
