Items purchased on SpiderGrills.com that are unused and in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of purchase. Purchaser is responsible for shipping the unopened box to our office with along with a $25 restocking fee in the form of a digital invoice provided by Spider Grills. Upon receipt and inspection of the item(s) by Spider Grills, refunds will be issued for the purchase price of the item(s) and any applicable sales tax in the original form of payment. We are a small but mighty team working hard to ship your order out from our warehouse in Athens, Georgia. Unless specified on the product page on our website, your order should ship within 7 business days of placed order date.
