Spider Grills Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days of receipt, however shipping times may vary by item. Please check spidergrills.com for most up to date shipping times per product. During peak seasons or product launches, processing may extend up to 5 or more business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Delivery

We ship via USPS, UPS Ground, FedEx Home Delivery, or LTL freight for larger items.

Domestic (U.S.) orders: Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after shipment unless further specific on the product website page.

International orders: No international orders are shipped at this time.

Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships.

Note: We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses due to carrier restrictions.

Freight Shipments

Large grills or palletized items ship via freight. The carrier will contact you to schedule delivery. Please inspect all items before signing the delivery receipt. If damage is visible, note it on the carrier’s bill of lading and contact us immediately at info@spidergrills.com. Failure to note visible damage may limit our ability to file a claim.

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.

We occasionally offer promotional free shipping within the continental U.S. — see product pages for eligibility. Additional charges may apply for Alaska, Hawaii, or remote locations.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may be modified or canceled within 24 hours of placement by emailing info@spidergrills.com if the order has not shipped yet. Once shipped, we cannot change or cancel an order.

Delays & Exceptions

While we strive for timely delivery, Spider Grills is not responsible for delays caused by:

Severe weather or natural disasters

Carrier delays

Customs inspections (for international shipments)

We will notify you of any significant delay beyond 10 business days from expected delivery.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged:

1. Contact us within 5 business days of delivery (or expected delivery date).

2. Provide photos of the packaging and product (if applicable).

3. We’ll work directly with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.

International Duties & Taxes

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees applied by their local authorities. These charges are not included in the product or shipping price.

Pre-Orders

Estimated shipping dates for pre-order items are listed on each product page. Dates are subject to change based on production schedules and logistics factors. You will receive updates via email as your order progresses.
