Just buy it, quit thinking and buy it! It’s worth every penny.

This brings so much more flexibility to cooking on the Giant Huntsman. The ability to create multiple cooking zones with both indirect and direct heat as well as the flexibility to be right on top of the charcoal versus a few inches up has given me great results for both reverse seared burgers, steak and flame finished chicken wings.

I like the versatility of this system that allows you to cook and smoke in indirect heat. Looking forward for more cooks in the future.
