The initial Spider Grills - RTD Meat Probe became defective the new one's working perfectly
This is my 3rd probe I’ve had to buy. Not sure why they keep going out.

Sorry, you've been having trouble with the probes! We try to make sure we're getting the highest quality probes we can, but they can still be a pretty fragile component in the system. The review is not for the company, they have great customer service. Its for the probes that are made to degrade over so many cooks, that you have no other choice but to keep buying. In my honest opinion id buy another Venom for my 26 inch Weber. But these probes literraly stop me from spending my money knowing that the probes degrade so easily. I never have these issues at all with Thermoworks.
This probe lasted a good bit. I never tested it but sure seems very accurate. SpiderGrill is for me a King of the hill when it comes to taking care of their customers. This was still under warranty and was handle very quickly. I can’t say it enough how venom has change my grilling and smoking. This product is such a game changer.
The new probe was delivered very quick. Works great.
