Product works and looks as described.
I was told the reason my spider venom kept giving off error messages was due to my probes. I bought new ones and it fixed the issues. Apparently the probes has about a 2 year life cycle.
The initial Spider Grills - RTD Meat Probe became defective the new one's working perfectly
This is my 3rd probe I’ve had to buy. Not sure why they keep going out.

Sorry, you've been having trouble with the probes! We try to make sure we're getting the highest quality probes we can, but they can still be a pretty fragile component in the system. Our probes are covered under warranty, so it sounds like we may owe you at least one. Please contact our customer service, and we can help.

The review is not for the company, they have great customer service. Its for the probes that are made to degrade over so many cooks, that you have no other choice but to keep buying. In my honest opinion id buy another Venom for my 26 inch Weber. But these probes literraly stop me from spending my money knowing that the probes degrade so easily. I never have these issues at all with Thermoworks.
