SHIPPING POLICY

1. General Information
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.

2. Delivery Location
Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses in the United States. Any shipments outside of the United States are not available at this time.

3. Delivery Time
An estimated delivery time will be provided once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.
Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 5-10 business days of the date of your order. Please note we do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays.

4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, simply add the desired products to your cart, and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed.
Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items. You will be advised of any charges on the checkout page.

RETURN POLICY

Items purchased on SpiderGrills.com that are unused and in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of purchase. Purchaser is responsible for shipping the unopened box to our office with along with a $25 restocking fee in the form of a digital invoice provided by Spider Grills. Upon receipt and inspection of the item(s) by Spider Grills, refunds will be issued for the purchase price of the item(s) and any applicable sales tax in the original form of payment. Please contact Spider Grills Customer Service using the help widget below with any questions.

WHAT HAPPENED TO THE SPIDER-22?

The Spider-22 was the product that got us off the ground and headed for the moon. Unfortunately, it came time to make some hard decisions and discontinue our inaugural product. We have honored all warranties through their stated period, and we no longer have spare parts available for this product.

WHAT IS A KETTLE KAMADO GRILL?

A kettle kamado combines the simplicity of a kettle grill with the performance of a kamado. It delivers better heat retention, longer burn times, and more precise temperature control—so you can sear, smoke, and cook with consistency, all on one grill. Learn more here.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

Too easy. Simply load and light your charcoal, set your cooking temperature on your Venom® controller (or using the Spider app) and built-in fan works to not only bring your grill to the temperature, but also maintain cooking temps for hours on end. Learn more here.

IS THE HUNTSMAN® BEST FOR BEGINNERS OR PROS?

Both. The Huntsman® is designed to be approachable for beginners, but powerful enough for experienced cooks. The automated temperature control makes it easy to manage the fire without constant babysitting, while the build quality, precision, and versatility give seasoned pitmasters the control and performance they expect.

IS IT BEST FOR GRILLING OR SMOKING?

Both. The Huntsman is designed to handle low-and-slow smoking and high-heat grilling with ease.

Its thick-walled build locks in heat, smoke, and moisture—similar to a kamado—making it ideal for long, steady cooks. It can also reach temps up to ~700°F, perfect for direct searing and achieving rich, charcoal-fired flavor.

In short:
Low-and-slow or hot-and-fast—the Huntsman does both.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A REGULAR AND GIANT HUNTSMAN®?

The main difference comes down to size and capacity.

  • Regular Huntsman® (22") – Ideal for everyday cooking and smaller groups
  • Giant Huntsman® (26") – Larger cooking surface for bigger cooks and entertaining

Both grills feature the same core design, materials, and technology—including thick steel construction and Venom-powered temperature control—so performance is consistent across both sizes.

The Giant Huntsman® includes a Lift Kit, whereas the Regular does not.

DOES THE HUNTSMAN® REQUIRE SEASONING?

A twice-yearly seasoning is recommended maintenance for The Huntsman®, including an initial burn-in before your first cook. The Huntsman® comes with a seasoning kit to get you started.

WHAT ARE THE COMPATIBLE ACCESSORIES?

The 22" Regular Huntsman® is compatible with:

IS THERE A WARRANTY?

Yes. The Huntsman® is backed by a limited warranty (typically 3 years) that covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

This includes replacement of defective parts, but does not cover normal wear and tear or misuse.

HOW DOES THE HUNTSMAN SHIP?

It will ship via LTL carrier. The carrier will contact you prior to arrange delivery.

Venom® & App FAQ

HOW DOES THE VENOM® CONTROL TEMPERATURE?

The Venom ®controls temperature by managing airflow to the fire automatically.

It uses a temperature probe to monitor the grill, then a built-in fan adjusts how much air (oxygen) reaches the charcoal—increasing airflow to raise temps and reducing it to bring temps down.

WHAT GRILLS FIT WITH THE VENOM®?

The Venom® is designed for 22" Weber® kettle grills that use the One-Touch cleaning system, as well as Weber® Summit charcoal kamado grills.

Compatible with:

  • 22" Weber® kettles (One-Touch system)
  • Weber® Summit charcoal grills
  • Spider Grills products

Not compatible with:

  • 26" kettles (without 26" conversion clips)
  • 18" kettles
  • Non-Weber®/Spider grills

In short:
Built for Weber-style kettles—22" out of the box, with optional upgrades for 26".

DO I HAVE TO MODIFY MY WEBER® KETTLE GRILL?

No. The Venom® requires zero permanent modifications to your grill. View Venom® guide to view assembly steps here.

DOES THE VENOM® NEED TO BE PLUGGED IN?

Yes, the Venom® requires an electric outlet for use UNLESS you have also purchased the Venom® Portable Battery Pack (sold separately from the Venom)®. The battery allows you to have your grill anywhere without the need to connect it to an outlet.

IS IT WEATHER PROOF?

The Venom® is designed for outdoor use, but it is not fully weatherproof.

It should not be used in wet conditions or exposed directly to rain, and it’s recommended to keep it covered or stored when not in use to protect the electrical components.

In short:
Outdoor-ready—but keep it dry and protected.

DO I NEED THE SPIDER GRILLS APP TO USE THE VENOM®?

No. The Venom® works fully on its own—you can control everything directly from the unit.

However, the app does add remote monitoring + control, pit probe monitoring, alerts and more—so using the app does unlock more functionality with your Venom®!

IS THE SPIDER GRILLS APP FREE?

Yes. The Spider Grills app is free to download and use on iPhone and Android. Download the apps here.

Webcraft® FAQ

WHAT IS THE WEBCRAFT®?

The Webcraft® is a modular ring that upgrades your Weber® kettle, unlocking compatibility with Spider accessories and expanding how you cook.

WHAT DOES THE WEBCRAFT® ALLOW ME TO DO?

It turns your kettle into a more versatile cooking system—adding multi-level cooking, Huntsman® accessory integration, and expanded cooking styles like smoking, searing, and rotisserie.

It's a great option for getting more out of your current Weber kettle setup without replacing your entire grill.

CAN I USE ON BOTH WEBER® 22" AND 26" GRILLS?

No. Right now the Webcraft® is ONLY made for Weber® 22-inch kettles.

HOW DO I INSTALL IT ON MY WEBER?

1. Remove the lid and cooking grate
Start by removing the kettle lid and cooking grate from your 22" Weber® kettle grill.

2. Position the Webcraft ®ring
Place the Webcraft® onto the kettle bowl, making sure the front lip hooks under the front rim of the kettle bowl.

3. Install kettle brackets
Attach the kettle brackets using the included screws and tighten to create a snug fit between the kettle bowl and Webcraft®.

4. Reinstall the lid
Place the kettle lid on top of the Webcraft®. For indirect smoking setups, orient the lid vent to the left side.

5. Install handle and stabilizer foot
Attach the front handle and install the stabilizer foot on the rear leg of the kettle for additional support.

DO I NEED A WEBCRAFT® TO USE SPIDER ACCESSORIES ON MY WEBER® KETTLE?

Yes. Webcraft® is required to use most Spider accessories on a Weber® kettle. Simply install between your Weber® grill lid and base, and add on Spider accessories!

WHAT SPIDER ACCESSORIES ARE COMPATIBLE WITH THE WEBCRAFT®?

The Webcraft® is compatible with a growing lineup of Regular Huntsman® accessories, including:

  • Next Level™ Cooking System
  • Rotisserie
  • Pizza oven attachment
  • Side shelves

WHAT CAN A SPIDER GIFT CARD BE USED ON?

Everything. Grills, bundles, accessories, replacement parts — if it's on spidergrills.com, the card covers it.

HOW IS THE GIFT CARD DELIVERED?

By email, instantly (unless you specify a send date during checkout). There's no physical card and nothing ships — the recipient gets a digital card with a unique code and a link to redeem it.

CAN I SCHEDULE THE GIFT CARD TO BE SENT ON A BIRTHDAY OR HOLIDAY?

Yes — choose any future delivery date at purchase and it lands in their inbox that morning.

HOW DOES THE RECIPIENT USE THE GIFT CARD?

They enter the code at checkout on spidergrills.com. The card value applies first; anything left over stays on the card.

DOES IT EXPIRE?

Never. No expiration date, no maintenance fees, no fine print working against you.

WHAT IF THE ORDER VALUE IS MORE THAN THE CARD?

The gift card applies first, and the difference can be paid with any standard payment method.

CAN MORE THAN ONE GIFT CARD BE USED ON A SINGLE ORDER?

Yes. Multiple gift card codes can be applied to the same checkout.

CAN IT BE REDEEMED ON AMAZON OR THROUGH A DEALER?

No — gift cards are redeemable only at spidergrills.com.

HOW DO I CHECK A CARD'S BALANCE?

Use the "View gift card balance" link in the original gift card email, or contact info@spidergrills.com and we'll look it up.

CAN I RETURN OR REFUND A GIFT CARD?

Gift cards are non-refundable and can't be exchanged for cash, except where required by law. Since they never expire, there's no rush to spend.
