After owning a spider 22 for 6 months it has made my Webber into a reliable outdoor oven that gives the perfect smoke flavor. From low temp smoking fish ,chicken & turkey to perfect no flip mid temp burgers done rite every time to 500° on a steak I love it and I can’t say enough ab the customer service with this company. The way an American company should be keep it up guys!

Assembly is tough with a Master Touch, but once I got it right, this thing has been great for my entry level into pellet smoking. My only complaint is that the grease channel bends so easy. I'm just going to use a disposable pie pan to catch the grease since the channel is shot already.

This thing is awesome. It's even better that it's a local US Company. The PID is rock solid temps and cooks very well. I'm really glad I made the purchase.

Purchased via Amazon...Lifetime Weber user, I love webers and figured I'd try the pellet craze. This pellet grill went together with some effort but finally got it together. A little over a year and maybe 5 long cooks (2 pork butts, 3 briskets), the plastic air vent melted. I am worried that fumes may have gotten into meat? Why would you use plastic in a heat area? I contacted Customer service and they blamed the broken weld on the hinge as the problem...couldnt honor any warranty but would sell me another one for $100. thanks but no thanks. Im going to purchase a Weber Smokey mountain instead (stick with Charcoal). Customer service rep was extremely polite I will finish with....
