This is everything I was looking for in a grill/smoker. Totally awesome product!!!!

I have now done multiple cooks with the Ceramic Heat Deflectors and they work amazingly well. I am able to cook indirectly now and use my entire grate surface. My last cook was 8hrs and I set the Venom Control and never adjusted (except when I wrapped and upped the temp manually) the entire cook. This is quickly becoming my go to method for all my cooks! Love the Huntsman!

I bought the Huntsman, the Next Level, the Side Shelves, and the cover at the same time and everything was shipped in one week. To say I was pleasantly surprised is a gross understatement, I was blown away. This grill is nothing short of awesome, the build quality is stellar. The craftsmanship and attention to detail is apparent throughout. I'm not going to repeat the same thing that everyone else says, "it's built like a t***!", but that goes without saying. I've had it a few weeks now and I have cooked brisket, chuck roast, smash burgers, sausage, ribs and pork butts. I'm still adjusting to cooking with it because I'm used to a pellet smoker which I'm not going to give up just because it's so damn easy sometimes. That's not to say that overnight cooks are an issue with the Huntsman, I did an overnight 19 hour low and slow pork butt last weekend that turned out awesome. I love this grill so much, I'm keeping it in the garage for now, haven't even tried the cover yet. All of my other cooking tools are outside. It just looks so damn good, I hate to put it outside! The Next Level is a must have as well as the side shelves. Thanks to Tom Horsman, I also bought the Outfitter's Edge 21 1/2" Grill/Skillet insert which is also a thing of beauty. At $77.00, you can't go wrong and it's a great addition, thanks Tom! Looking forward to many more cooks because the way this grill is built, it should last forever!
