1. Sponsor
This giveaway (“Giveaway”) is sponsored by Spider Grills, in partnership with Jealous Devil Charcoal, Lane’s BBQ Seasoning, and Crowd Cow (collectively, the “Sponsors”).
2. Eligibility
The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law. Employees, officers, directors, and immediate family members of Sponsors, and anyone professionally associated with the Giveaway, are not eligible to participate. Only open to participants in the contiguous United States.
3. Giveaway Period
- Giveaway Opens: Sunday, March 1
- Giveaway Closes: March 8 at 11:59 PM EST
- Winner Announced: March 9, 2026
Entries submitted before or after the Giveaway Period will not be eligible.
4. How to Enter
Participants may enter the Giveaway by following the instructions outlined in the official Giveaway post or entry form. Limit one (1) entry per person unless otherwise stated. Automated or fraudulent entries will be disqualified.

Total Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $2,165.86
Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution or cash equivalent is permitted, except at Sponsors’ discretion.
6. Winner Selection & Notification
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. The winner will be notified via the method specified in the Giveaway entry (e.g., email or direct message) within five (5) days of selection.
If the winner does not respond within 72 hours of notification, Sponsors reserve the right to select an alternate winner.
7. Shipping & Taxes
Prizes will be shipped to the winner at no cost within the continental United States. Winners outside of standard shipping zones may be subject to additional restrictions.
All federal, state, and local taxes associated with the receipt or use of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
8. Publicity
By accepting the prize, the winner grants Sponsors permission to use their name, likeness, and/or submitted content for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
9. Release & Limitation of Liability
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsors from any and all liability, injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.
10. General Conditions
Sponsors reserve the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Giveaway. Sponsors’ decisions are final and binding.
11. Platform Disclaimer
This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, or any other social media platform.
12. Governing Law
The Giveaway is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which Spider Grills is headquartered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
