Spider Grills - RTD Pit Probe

Never thought a charcoal grill could get any better. I was amazed on how well this temperature controller made my Weber kettle even better. Smoking at 250 or searing a steak at 500.

Had my spider for about 3 years and one day I got a ER1 on the screen so I emailed spider about it and they got back to me really quickly to let me know it was my probe so I ordered 2 of them when one of them goes out I have the other, and it got to me in a week no problem I live in Washington state

Easy to order replacement pit probes as they stop working. Glad it’s an easy process because I go through them pretty regularly as I do a lot of low & slow.

These probes last longer than my other grill controllers probes but as I leave it out in the weather plugged in all the time they do occasionally fail. But the Spider Grills team is very quick on shipping them so when they do fail I am only down a couple days
