I've already enjoyed using the next level cooking kit several times, primarily the ceramic deflector plates for smoking brisket. I highly recommend getting them. The only improvement suggestion I would have for Spider Grills would be to raise the mounting height of the "next level" plates. It's a bit too tight to fit charcoal and wood for smoking -- another 1/2-3/4" would be helpful! But I'm making it work and am glad I bought it.
