Venom Power Cable

Realized my power cord had been severed, went on like Thanksgiving day and received a reply to my email. Fortunately, I had the battery and was able to smoke my turkey breasts.

Support was outstanding. Had a small issue with the power supply and they sent me out another in less than a week.!! All works great now and I can get back to cooking great bbq! Thanks again!

Great customer service, power cable had shorted and was no longer powering the unit. Contacted customer service, they immediately sent out a replacement. Got it in less than a week, problem solved, back to grilling.

Great back up for the Spider Venom battery pack should you forget to charge it before your big cook as I did.
